- CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software that’s cutting-edge, intuitive, and created to shave seconds off the clock. Among other features, our tracking system automatically uploads lead information into our system.
- Three possible income streams including direct sales commissions, renewal commissions, and agency overrides.
- Compensation that’s aggressive and intelligent. As one of our full-time agents, you should be able to net at least $100,000 yearly.
- Licensing costs paid in full if you’re new to the insurance industry or if you’re an unlicensed agent.

- Jeremy Waller – Partner who does a majority of our hiring.
- Amanda Bennett – Handles our agent contracting, our numbers reporting, online duties and training call promotion
- Heather Jones – Assists Jeremy with hiring and walks agents through the process of getting started, as well as our social media management
- Stephanie Wetmore – Helps with office coordination and agent development.
